2022 | Mr. ATM Shamsul Haque (1984-1992), Bangladesh: In recognition of his leadership to mobilise substantial funds for CIRDAP and made the Centre known to the international community through implementation of a large number of projects. He started the Asia-Pacific Journal of Rural Development (APJORD) as well as introduced the CIRDAP monogramme and flag.
