40 Years of CIRDAP CIRDAP, as a Centre of Excellence, has completed its 40 years in enabling rural communities in the Asia-Pacific region. The 40th Anniversary of CIRDAP is a very special celebration for all of us. Over the last 40 Years, the Centre have witnessed great achievements and conducted numerous researches, pilot projects and training programs.
