  • Significant achievements are steering NABARD All India Rural Financial Inclusion Survey (NAFIS) of over 40000 rural households across 29 states; launching second round of NAFIS; constructing NAFINDEX based on NAFIS 1.0 data, Report on Farmers’ Welfare across Indian States; Charting out the Journey of Indian Agriculture over last 75 years; and launching NAFIS 2.0 covering all districts and 1,00,000 rural households, constructing Financial Inclusion Index (NABFINDEX), Farmers’ Welfare Index (FAWI), Market Access Index, among others.
  • Over 4 years of teaching and training experience in Bankers Institute of Rural Development (BIRD), Lucknow, Konkuk University, Seoul, South Korea and guest faculty support in India.
