Current Research Projects
2010-2014 -Genomic analysis and molecular marker development on legumes (soybean, redbean and mungbean) -Isolation and characterization of bio-control agents and related pathogens to elucidate soybean diseases
2014-2019 -Genomic analysis and genomic-based molecular marker development on national commodities (chili, potato, banana, physic nut, cacao, oil palm, sugar palm, coconut, rice, cattle) QTL mapping for target traits using markers developed based on the respective commodities genomes as mentioned above
2020-present -Molecular marker development for desired traits and the application (mapping, genetic studies) on rice, oil palm, chili pepper, sugar palm, shallot, porang, oil palm -Genetic improvement of plant varieties for specific traits supported with molecular marker on sugar palm and chili
