Expression of Interest (EOI) notice Production of a Corporate Video for CIRDAP

The Centre on Integrated Rural Development for Asia and the Pacific (CIRDAP) invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from qualified and experienced video production companies, organizations, digital media firms, marketing agencies, or other relevant organizations for the development of a 4–5-minute corporate video. The EOI can be submitted by any International Organization or companies.

Background

CIRDAP intends to produce a high-quality corporate video similar to those developed by reputed International, Autonomous and regional organizations. The video will showcase CIRDAP’s mission, achievements, programs, and impact across member countries.

All necessary background materials, including photographs, short video footage, written content, and interviews (Ex. Director General)—will be provided by CIRDAP.

The video is expected to be developed using advanced and sophisticated AI-based platforms/tools, ensuring modern, engaging, and visually compelling output.

Scope of Work

The selected organization will be responsible for:

  • Concept development and scriptwriting (based on the materials provided) with the consent or supervision of Key personnel of CIRDAP.
  • Video editing and production
  • Integration of AI tools/technologies in video development
  • Voiceover, subtitles, graphics, and animations (if required)
  • Final delivery of a high-quality corporate video (4–5 minutes)

Eligibility Criteria

Interested organizations must:

  • Have proven experience in video/film production
  • Demonstrate prior work in producing corporate videos or documentaries
  • Possess technical capacity to use AI-based video production tools/platforms
  • Have a valid trade license/registration and legal documentation

Submission Requirements

Interested applicants are requested to submit the following:

  1. Company Profile
  2. Portfolio of Sample Works (Website or YouTube links/links or files of previous productions)
  3. Valid Trade License/Legal Documents
  4. Financial Proposal/Budget Estimate
  5. Technical Proposal, including:
    • Approach and methodology
    • Timeline for completion
    • Details on how AI tools/platforms will be utilized in producing the video

Evaluation Criteria

Submissions will be evaluated based on:

  • Relevant experience and portfolio quality
  • Creativity and proposed approach
  • Understanding and use of AI in video production
  • Comparative Financial competitiveness
