Brief Biography
Md. Mahbubur Rahman is now a PhD student on Communication and Journalism at the school of Communication, Journalism and Marketing of Massey University, New Zealand (Manawatu Campus). His current research focuses on Rohingya health. Md Mahbubur Rahman is a Media and Social worker with more than 20 years of working experience in the field of Media, Health and Communications. He is also a registered Pharmacist of Bangladesh. He has more than 22 research publications and he contributes to write articles and commentaries in news portals. My research interest include Health Communication, Media Communication, Inter-cultural Communication, Migrant and Refugee Health, Medicine and Pharmacy. I have had research experience in Rohingya Crisis and now I am working on Migrant and Refugee health utilizing Culture-Centered Approach and Kaupapa Māori theory.
