Brief Biography
PhD in Public and International Affairs with a disertation on Disaster and Emergency Management in Thailan. Past experience as Disaster Risk expert to the Pacific Disaster Centet in Hawaii, USTDA, USAID, UNDP, UNESCO, and technical expert representing Thailand at UNDRR Sendai Framework 7 outcomes indicators design. Currently Dean, Faculty of Political Science, Thammasat University in Thailand, and National Disaster and Risk Committee to Thailand.
