Today, a very comprehensive and important webinar held under the CIRDAP webinar series 2023. This webinar is for celebrating the United Nation's World Health day – 7th April. The topic is "Water associated diseases – how to monitor aquatic bodies for ensuring community health" by Dr. Grinson
George Padinjakara, Principal Scientist (Fisheries Resource Management), Fishery Resources Assessment Economics & Extension Division, ICAR- Central Marine Fisheries Research Institute, Kochi, Kerala, India. Around 40 distinguished participants, researchers, government employees joined the webinar. The webinar showcased the water pollution, contaminated water and water borne diseases,. The presenter also discussed on the linkage Water associated diseases and sustainable development goals.
