With over three decades of experience, I have demonstrated comprehensive expertise in training management, capacity building, and institutional development. As a core trainer, I was involved in the capacities development of civil service officials, elected representatives, NGO professionals, and grassroots leaders, and facilitated international programs. My contributions include organizing high-level workshops, delivering specialized training on RBM, TQM, and project management, and developing practical training modules for governance, poverty reduction, and social protection initiatives.

I also bring strong leadership in project management, research, and consultancy, with a proven track record of overseeing high-value infrastructure and digital transformation projects, including ERP system implementations and development planning. My research focuses on rural development, microfinance, and poverty reduction, emphasizing policy-relevant and evidence-based outcomes.

I have participated in high-level collaborative research with IDRC Canada (via the CBMS Network-Philippines), ISST India, and Loyola University (Spain), as well as national institutions like BIDS, PPRC, NILG and the JICA- TQM project.

As a consultant, I have supported government ministries and international organizations in translating policy into practice. My work spans microfinance regulation, social protection systems, and decentralized planning—including the preparation of Five-Year Plans for various tiers of local government. I have provided strategic consultancy to UNDP Bangladesh, the Ministry of Women and Children Affairs, Bangladesh Bank, and LGED, among others, by evaluating programs, assessing needs, and developing specialized training modules.
